It appears that Google Contacts is one of the services which does not have a sharing option, but does have a data transfer option. Transferring data between two Google accounts would involve exporting and importing. Update: One alternative would be to set up a Google Apps account and use one of the workarounds to share contact information. Contacts saved to your Google Account will sync with Google Contacts and all your Android devices.
